  • Do you deliver 7 days a week?

    We deliver Monday to Saturday, the only exceptions to this are bank holidays. If you have a special request for delivery on a Sunday or bank holiday please get in touch via phone call or email. (link phone call and email)

  • Do you deliver to all of the UK?

    We only deliver bouquet orders to the local area, within a 10 mile radius of Llysfaen (LL29 8LZ). For weddings and event flowers we are happy to travel further afield however the delivery charge will vary accordingly.

  • Do you offer time slots for deliveries?

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a time slot however if you would like to request a specific delivery time please write in the ‘Order Notes’ section at checkout and we will do our very best to reach that.

  • What if the recipient isn’t in to take their flowers?

    We offer the opportunity for you to leave special instructions if the recipient isn’t in at checkout (e.g ‘leave with neighbour at number 25’). The flowers must be delivered on first attempt as they’re a perishable product. As such, if you do not give us instructions or if we are unable to fulfill them for whatever reason, the delivery driver will use their best judgement as to where to leave the flowers.

  • Do you do re-deliveries?

    As flowers are a perishable product, we do not offer a re-delivery with a replacement bouquet if we have been unable to deliver your flowers after two attempts. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address that is able to receive flowers. If not, the flowers will be returned to us and held for 4 days where you have the option of collecting before being composted.

  • Do you use other flowers as well as homegrown?

    Yes we do. Since we started growing our own flowers in 2020 it has been our mission to use only our homegrown flowers. However in order for us to offer bouquets and flowers out of our growing season we buy flowers from other British growers where they have the facilities to grow during the cold winter months! During our growing season we only ever supplement our flowers if we have a shortage due to an extreme weather event, if quantity is lacking or if a certain flower has been specified that we don’t have ready. We are passionate about the environment and sustainability and therefore we try to use as much of our homegrown flowers as possible.

  • Can I collect my flowers from the farm?

    Yes, you can collect flowers from the farm Monday to Saturday within the time frame chosen at checkout. If you would like to collect outside of the times available please get in touch via phone or email to see if we can help.

  • How do I cancel my subscription flowers?

    Simply call or email to cancel your subscription flowers. Please give 7 days’ notice before your next delivery is due, otherwise you will be charged for your next delivery and your subscription will be cancelled after that.

  • How can I amend my subscription details?
